HR Manager (M/F)

We are currently looking for an experienced HR Manager to join our innovative and ambitious team at our Berlin office.


Key accountabilities


  • You will lead our HR efforts in recruiting, cultural and organisational development and administration, and will start, build and lead the HR team

  • You will help us attract the best talent for our open positions, defining needs and profiles, leading our recruitment efforts and managing our application processes

  • Together with our senior management, you will drive the development of the company’s culture and execute team events and culture initiatives, and serve as a point of contact and conductor within our team

  • You will design initiatives to develop our staff members on a professional and personal level to create a nurturing, educational culture

  • You will be in charge of the administrative management of our staff, overseeing the creation, maintenance and communication of records


Knowledge, capabilities and experience


  • Mature, well-organized, a self-starter with enthusiasm and initiative

  • Team oriented, approachable and empathetic with strong interpersonal skills

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills as well as presentation skills

  • Must possess strong conflict resolution skills

  • Excellent organization

  • Ability to motivate others and move towards a common vision or goal

  • International mindset; experience as part of a geographically & culturally diverse team


Qualifications


  • University degree or equivalent (preferably main subject Personnel Management)

  • Minimum of 3 years work experience in the field of HR in fast-paced organizations

  • Internships or studies abroad are a plus

  • Fluent command of English & German (written and oral)

  • Google Apps For Work and Mac OS skills are a plus
